I meet with you, about you. You talk. I listen. We get you to a better place tomorrow than where you are today. I'm not a mentor or a coach. Think of me as a gentle guide with an appetite for good questions.

I have spent a lot of time thinking about words. As an introvert I have mastered the art of choosing them. In blogposts, magazine articles, copywriting, and screenplays I turn an idea into a memorable moment.

My body is my best trained instrument. Years of acting have taught me to listen — to words, rhythm, intention, movement and everything that happens in the space between them. Actress remains my favourite label.

I don't do motivational shouting. I share with empathy and interview with compassion. My opinions are rooted in lived experience. My voice doesn't quiver. My key notes and podcast topics cover everything from motherhood to entrepreneurship, leaving you with questions, ideas and the occasional giggle in the car ride home.

I have produced a podcast, an awardwinning animated film and an award winning stage play. I've been content producer for 3 South African productions. 'Producer' however, is a role I step in lightly and carefully. My right brain still far outweighs my left.
